Women Facilitating is a community for, well, women who facilitate — whether or not 'facilitator' is in their title.

If you lead meetings, run workshops, guide coalitions, plan offsites, host learning experiences, or do any kind of group work you’ve found your people.

Events & Gatherings

  • Apply to be in the “hot seat” and bring a live challenge like a retreat, meeting plan, or client workshop. The group offers feedback, ideas, and fresh takes. Or come as a listener to learn and contribute.

  • Facilitation is a craft. This is how you hone it. From best practices to walkthroughs of specific tools and techniques, learn skills that you can apply as soon as you log off.

  • A facilitated discussion where we talk shop about facilitation and leave with fresh perspectives. We might explore a theme, a podcast episode, or a specific scenario.

  • Finally a networking event where you won’t be the only facilitator—or woman!—in the room. No small talk or need to impress. Just a chance to connect with women who get it.

  • We could all use a testing ground before the real thing. Use practice labs to build your confidence and get feedback on how to make your sessions even more transformational.

  • Casual, monthly drop-in calls with the co-founders. Bring a session you’re working on, a challenge you’re navigating, or just come listen in. No agenda. No pressure. Just smart women thinking out loud together.
