MASTERMIND
Six Sessions. Eight women. A virtual mastermind for women who sell facilitation as a service.
We'll be deep diving into pressing questions around pricing, packaging, and selling facilitation work that you often have to answer alone.
You can be an excellent facilitator and still be underpaid, over-scoped, and unsure what to charge next quarter.
What can help is sharing information, talking openly about what the market is doing, how our rates are changing, and how we're responding.
When we sensemake together, it makes all of our businesses smarter.
There are other women out there with the same questions as you. Did I charge enough for that last client? Would they have said yes if I said the bigger number? Am I marketing and selling effectively? Does my contract set me up for success? Stop feeling like you are just guessing and gain confidence to go into your next client project.

Who it’s not for
If you’re just starting a new business
New to facilitation
Looking to level up your facilitation skills

Facilitation businesses come in all forms: consulting practices, training companies, coaching businesses. Some have just one operator. Others have cofounders, subcontractors, or vendors.
Our time together
Setting your goal and meeting the group
You'll name the goal you want to work toward by December 2. We surface our collective biggest questions together, so you know what everyone's wrestling with. Meet your cohort and learn what they're building.
Session 1
Sessions 2-5
Diving in
Emergent sessions shaped by what the group actually needs. You'll have facilitated space where each woman will get to bring a half-baked idea, a proposal, a launch page, a new tech stack — whatever's most pressing. We work through the challenges together and hold each other to what we said we’d do.
Session 6
Looking back and moving forward
We return to the goal you set on day one. Did we get there? What happened, what didn't, and what did we learn? Failure is never a problem, only a learning experience. See what you're carrying beyond the mastermind.
-
Learn how other experienced facilitators price, package, and position. You leave with actual data points and more evidence so you can hone your pricing and offerings.
-
After the mastermind wraps, a private session with Annie Grace to work through whatever surfaced.
-
Eight seasoned facilitators who understand your business. The kind of colleagues you can text about a proposal to gut-check if you have the right number on your proposal.
-
End the year with energy, a plan, and the confidence that comes from thinking out loud with people who do this work.
What you’ll walk away with
Meet Annie Grace
Co-founder of Women Facilitating and The Team Together, a facilitation consulting business designing custom workshops, offsites, and leadership development experiences. 15 years facilitating for nonprofits, corporations, foundations, startups, and cross-sector coalitions. She's freelanced, subcontracted, worked full-time at a boutique facilitation firm, and co-founded her own. She undercharged, over-delivered, and earned every hard-won lesson about the business side of this craft. She has her Master's in Organizational Development and Master Facilitation Certification from the Collaborative Operating System. She's facilitating this mastermind not as someone with all the answers, or who has done it "all right", but because she believes that facilitation is a highly needed skill at this moment in our world and wants women to charge prices that reflect it's value.

Questions you may be sitting with
-
You'll learn a lot here, but it comes from the group rather than from a curriculum. A master facilitator will lead the session and there you’ll explore how other women are pricing, packaging, and selling their work.
-
Come to what you can. If you'll miss more than 2 of the 6 sessions, this may not be the right season for you
-
Yes, but recordings are only viewable by mastermind members. What's shared in the group stays in the group.
-
No. Members pay $350, non-members pay $450. Same content and access at both price points.

If you're running a business where facilitation is one of your primary offerings and you've been at it long enough to have opinions about what works, yes. If you're still figuring out whether facilitation is your thing, a course might serve you better. Here's the waitlist for the fall offering of our Facilitation Design Intensive course.
